Premier Foods (PFD.L) Chief Executive Gavin Darby has received the support of 58.92 percent of proxy votes counted ahead of Wednesday's annual general meeting, with 41.07 percent of shareholders voting against his re-election.
The final result will be announced later on Wednesday.
